This Privacy Policy explains how XINGZHI GLOBAL TRADING (HONG KONG) CO., LIMITED (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles information in connection with our cross-border e-commerce operations, internal reporting and intended TikTok API for Business integration.

Depending on authorized services and business needs, we may process product and catalog information, order and fulfillment information, advertising campaign information, product-level advertising data, creative reporting data, advertising performance metrics, creator reporting information, review information, account authorization details and limited technical logs needed for security and reliability. This public website does not use analytics, tracking cookies, login accounts or a form backend.
2. Purposes of use
We use data for internal operational monitoring, performance analysis, reconciliation, reporting, security, troubleshooting and improvement of authorized cross-border e-commerce activities. We do not use data for purposes unrelated to the authorization or stated business need.

We access only stores and advertiser accounts for which valid authorization has been granted. Access is limited to approved scopes. Our intended first-phase TikTok API for Business use is read-only and does not modify advertisements.

Public website routes are separate from internal APIs, webhooks and databases.
